The JK Structure consist of a 3D expended galvanized steel mesh.

Mr. Joseph Kieffer from Alsace France is the patent owner of this mesh system including the machineries needed for the production.

The JK Structure used mainly in the construction houses, ground stabilization and civil works like in tunnels, pools or water digs.

JK Structure panel require high quality galvanized steel of 1.6-1.7 mm thickness.

The JK Structure manufactured in panels of 1200mm width and the length can be between 1000 to up 3250mm depending upon end users need.

We are to our best knowledge the only company making the machinery for the JK Structure in the world. We cooperated with Mr. Joseph Kieffer for developing the machinery of this product many years.

We have developed two different production lines for JK Structure:

• A JK Structure with a line speed of 80 JK Structure panels per hour
• A JK Structure with a line capacity of 200 JK Structure panels per hour
